A national insurance provider in Hartford, CT chooses Retrievex to consolidate and manage their records

Following the recent opening of its storage facility in Hartford, CT, Retrievex was selected by a leading national insurance provider as their records management vendor of choice.

Retrievex worked with the company’s incumbent vendor and in-house records management staff, handling all aspects of transitioning the client’s records into the Retrievex storage facility.

When items the insurance company needed were in transition between vendors, the Retrievex customer service team made it a priority to have the items located as soon as they arrived at the Retrievex record storage facility and dispatched for delivery to the insurance company. The Retrievex Customer Service team stayed in touch with the client throughout the transition to answer any questions the client had during the transition and to insure that everything went smoothly.

The client is now using Retrievex’s state-of-the-art web based RecordsLink records management system to enter information regarding new items being sent to storage, to search for and request items they need returned, and to run reports about their inventory. Due to the fact RecordsLink is fully customizable Retrievex was able to customize fields in RecordsLink to suit the client’s specialized insurance industry and internal company records management needs.
