PHILADELPHIA, PA April 8, 2010 - Peter Pierce, President and CEO, announced today the acquisition of InfoManagement, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio. With this records management center acquisition Retrievex enters the Midwest Region, and now, in addition to Cincinnati, is able to service customers in New England, Hartford, the New York metropolitan area (including Northern and Central New Jersey), Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley, and Northern Virginia and Washington DC.
According to Pierce, “We are excited about this newest member of the Retrievex family, not only because InfoManagement is a quality records management organization that will fit in well with our other operations but also because it provides us with a platform records management company in the Midwest from which we plan to enter other key Midwestern markets.”
Don Hinkley, the President of InfoManagement, states “Many of our customers have been asking us to service them in other Northeastern markets. With this transaction, we will now be able to meet the needs of these customers in markets such as Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.”
