Unlike on-site document shredding programs, ShredSense bins picked up at your location always remain locked until the document shredding process begins in our safe secure environment, assuring ultimate security and confidentially. To help you meet compliance and auditing requirements, Certificates of Destruction will be issued for all items destroyed.
Shredding Bin Rotation Programs
Whatever your needs, Retrievex has the capability to handle document destruction on the schedule and in the manner that works best for you. Customized programs can be created for shredding bin pickup and rotation, document destruction, paper shredding, and documentation.
Depending on your volume, a scheduled ShredSense bin rotation program may be the most cost-effective way for your company to implement a secure destruction process for everyday business documents. Through the ShredSense program Retrievex will place secure, visually pleasing, heavy duty paper shredding containers in the locations of choice within your facility. We will work with you to determine the best times for pickup, through a regular rotation schedule or on-call basis. ShredSense will then pick up your full bins and replace them with empty ones.
On the other hand your volume of daily business documents may not warrant a scheduled document shredding rotation. In that case we can schedule a one-time pickup and destruction for business or personal documents.
The bins are then taken to the Retrievex facility where the contents will be shredded, recycled and a certificate of destruction returned to you.
